 Marilyn Unger

A long standing associate at the centre, Marilyn has worked as a child psychologist, extending her practice to include youth who have emotional, behavioural and/or learning problems. She also works with adults who have family problems, depression, anxiety or neurological conditions. Working with the whole family as well as individual clients is an essential part of her approach, using methods from a variety of therapeutic schools, depending on the nature of the concern. Marilyn currently works and consults at two Lower Mainland hospitals, focusing on psychological assessment and rehabilitation counselling. She has also contributed to ‘Living with Brain Injury’, a book for parents who have a child with a disability.
