Join the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors for the first session of the West Vancouver 2014 Skills for Mindful Living Series. This ongoing series of free workshops is designed to provide participants with opportunities to develop strategies and skills that promote healthy self, family, and social relations, and to enhance connections with local health and counselling support services.
Workshop OverviewIn this workshop counsellor and author Alyson Jones will present the 4 Principles of her MORE Philosophy and how these principals can be used as steps towards exceptional living and getting MORE out of your life. The MORE Philosophy is a practical plan that encourages movement and flow in your life, embraces opportunities, assists you in facing realities and allows you to be the exceptional and unique person that you are.

Alyson Jones MA, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who specializes in therapy for children, adolescents, families, individuals and couples with a particular focus on the issue of separation and divorce. Alyson is a trained Collaborative Law Divorce Coach and Child Specialist assisting families in reducing conflict and working towards a healthy resolution for the entire family.
