Gleneagle Secondary School’s Leadership Class is sponsoring an event called “Talk to Me”. The purpose of this event will be focused on overcoming anxiety and mood disorders. Alyson is looking forward to being one of the presenters at the event, where she will be discussing the pursuit of happiness, and why our focus on happy may actually be creating depression and anxiety.
