Anger is a normal expression of emotion, however when it is poorly managed, it can be can be extremely destructive to all involved. If normal anger does not have an outlet, it often leads to aggression, physical problems, depression and anxiety.
Anger Management counselling is designed to develop acceptable expressions of anger and eliminate aggressive and destructive behaviour. Once you have regained your emotional balance you will be able to respond to anger and stress in a more constructive manner.
